For communities we design landscape plans with the objective to demonstrate the local needs and measures for a realization of the aims of nature and landscape conservation and demonstrate possible solutions concerning conflicts of interests e.g. between nature conservation and recreation.

For protected areas and other worthwhile landscape elements like standing water bodies, green land areas or moors conceptual aims, in view of nature conservation, are designed and long term conservation and development plans prepared.
The Planungsgemeinschaft LaReG prepares within the urban land use planning green structures plans and environmental reports. In case of compensations the respective compensation models of the communities are applied.

We plan development concepts for green structures, which demonstrate an over all approach for prospective planning, especially concerning regeneration aims and nature conservation (e.g. pool of areas for compensatory measures).
